He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph N. Sr. McGinnis and Dorothy Bryson McGinnis; his children, Audrey "Chippie" McGinnis, Ralph N. McGinnis III (Marilyn) and Brian McGinnis (Aldorah); and his siblings, Marvin "Jack" McGinnis, Dennis J. McGinnis, Barry C. McGinnis, Dawn Ross and Roxanne McGinnis.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Allison; his daughter Lisa (Adrian Miller) of Coatesville, PA; his grandchildren, Alberto, Mellisa, Marilyn, Teresa, Ralph, Jemell, Jalisa, Ethan and Jake; his great grandchildren, Mason, Alena, Jaeden, Azeem, Audrey, Jianna, Zendaya, Ralph, Ezra, Aaliyah and Cameron; and his siblings, Donald (Helen) of Westwood, Evelyn Ross of Honey Brook, Helen (David Sanchez) of Coatesville, Paul (Maryann) of Coatesville, Deborah (William Underwood) of Elizabethtown and William McGinnis of Gap.
