She is survived by: her children, Teara Horoshak, Justin Godfrey and Kyle Godfrey; her grandchildren, Ashley Marie, Ethan Matthew, Cody Allen, Hayden Lamont, Tanner Dalium, Nicholas Jay and Zachary Stephen; her brother Denton; and her nieces and nephews, Charity, Carolyn, Casey, Cara, Kimberly, Conan, Damon and Kelly.
