He was predeceased by: his brother H. Paul Starr, II. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Starr (Blakeley); his children, Susan Starr of Palm Bay, FL., Sandie Starr Everhart (Nathan) of Edinboro and Sallie Starr Paracca (Pete) of Valencia; his grandchildren, Jack Starr Paracca, Will Starr Paracca, Claire Everhart (Sharif), Rebecca Everhart Eades (John David) and Alexandra Everhart Gearing (Dillon); and his great grandchildren, Josiah and Johnathon Eades. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no viewing.
