She was predeceased by: her father Delroy E. Dick. She is survived by: her mother Lois Jean Dick (Forsythe); her husband Jon Shank; her sons, Brett Shank (Denise) of Zelienople, PA and Ryan Shank (Caroline) of Waxhaw, NC.; and her grandchildren, Derek, Connor, Kyle (Michaela), Melanie (Rayne) and Katherine.
