He was predeceased by: his mother Ada Liebold; his wife Ellen Charles Liebold; and his brother Jim Kinzey. He is survived by: his stepfather Earl Kinzey; his daughters, Linda Liebold of Paden City, W. V., Carol Liebold of Valencia and Karen Noah (Mark) of Butler; his granddaughters, Amanda Noah and Chelsey Noah-Ziacik (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Makai Noah, Kinzey Ziacik and Ada Ziacik; and his sister Lynn Gearhart (Oscar) of Home, PA..
