She was predeceased by: her parents, George Quinn and Elizabeth Witkowski Quinn; her husband Arthur G. "Art" Bartley; and her siblings, Kenneth (Wayne Quinn), Lenore Huckestein, Lucille Cashdollar and Anna Quinn (Betty Knowles).
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl "Cis" McCandless (Scott) of Mars, Joni Raisley (Terry) of Santa Clara, CA, Douglas Bartley (Jacqueline) of Mars and Timothy Bartley (Debra) of Valencia; and her brother Jack Quinn (Jean) of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
