She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Skander and Alice Miller Skander; her husband Frank G. Govan; and her siblings, Stephanie Grove, Robert, Richard and David Skander.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Govan (Jodie) of Williamsport, PA, Dale Govan (Janet) of Butler, John Govan (Jolienne) of Valencia and Michael Govan; her grandchildren, Caitlin (Paul), Olivia (Steven), Nicole, Samantha, Tyler, Emily and Chase; her great grandchildren, Georgia and Goldie; and her brother Dale "Tony" Skander of Evans City.
