He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Linn and Anita L. Wessner Linn; his wife Lenor E. Rameriz Linn; and his granddaughter Nikki. He is survived by: his children, Gloria Ferguson (John) of Valencia, Anna Roche (Thomas) of Valencia and Herbert Linn (Jackie) of Maysville, N. C.; his grandchildren, Crissy of Alex, J. J., Kyla, Kelsey, Sean and Amanda; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Jacob, Ben, Julianna, Adaline, John, Elijah, Gabriella, Hunter, Harley, Leona and Scarlett; and his sister Anita Louise Linn Thomas of Butler.
