He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Winter and Mildred Winter. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his son Scott (Rebekah); his grandchildren, Tyler, Kyle, Ayden and Shayna; his brother Barry Winter (Joy); his niece Jennifer (Tim); and his nephew Christopher (Amy).
