Ambroziak (Sally) of Ellwood City and David L. Ambroziak; her grandsons, Timothy Ambroziak (Nicci) of Chippewa and Steven Ambroziak (Jamie) of Ellwood City; and her great grandchild Shiloh Ambroziak.
