She was predeceased by: her parents, Stonewall Jackson and Marion Crummy Jackson; her husband Robert L. "Bob" McGaughey; and her siblings, Susan Gray and Wayne H. Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Mehalik (Matt) of Gibsonia, Tracy Watt (David) of Irwin and Brian McGaughey (Amy) of Gibsonia; her grandchildren, Adam McGaughey (Francesca), Amanda Papp (Jeremy), Lauren Humbert (Stephen), Joshua, Jacob Watt and Julia Mehalik; her great grandchildren, Mila, Liam and Pierce; her brother Gary Jackson (Ellen) of Ellwood City; and her brother-in-law Norman Gray of Sarver. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flower, memorials may be made to the Valencia Presbyterian Church.
