He was predeceased by: his parents, William Staley and Thelma Staley (McGovern); and his wife Dorothy R. Staley. He is survived by: his sons, Richard J. (Debbie) and James A. (Laurie); his grandchildren, Danielle, Kristen, Alexis, Nicole and Olivia; his great grandchildren, Zander and Theo; his sister Sandy (Doug); his nephew Matthew; and his niece Melissa.
