He is survived by: his wife Shirley Holifield; his daughters, Nadine Ratica (Thomas) and Dawn Hucker (Timothy); and his grandchildren, Melissa Winsted, Richard Winsted, Michael Holifield, Michelle Baker, Lori Holifield, Bailey Hucker, Aaron Hucker, Jude Kopas, Danni Sauer, Tommy Sauer and Charles Ellsworth.
