He is survived by: his wife Revva Katzman Benovitz; his children, Charles Benovitz (Leslie) of Wexford and Paula Tahler (James) of Reading, PA; his daughter-in-law Debbie Benovitz of Santa Clara, CA.; his grandchildren, Evan Tahler (Christina), Heather Tahler and Eric Benovitz; and his great grandchild Maddi Benovitz.
