He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle J. Crummy and Elizabeth Truver Crummy; his wife Virginia; and his brother L. John Crummy. He is survived by: his brother Norman G. Crummy (Agnes) of Perry Ohio; his sons, William D. Crummy (Martha) of Richland Township and David L. Crummy (Kristen Curtain) of Valencia; and his grandchildren, Matthew L. Crummy (Christy), Tyler W. Crummy (Lindsey), Ellen Crummy and John Crummy.
