He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes M. Nuttall and William G. Nuttall. He is survived by: his sons, David Eric (Muriel) and Michael M. (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Daniel, Andrew, Sarah, Jacob and Aubrey.
