Cook III (Karen), Cathy Haynes, James Anderson and Deborah Anderson; her grandchildren, John, Kimberly, Crystal, Amelia, Dania, Richard, Kevin, Sarah and Maria; and her great grandchildren, Chase, Joshua, Katelyn, Landon, Tyler and Everett.
