She was predeceased by: her parents, Ardel Weber and Anna Clair Weber; her husband James A. Zwigart; her sons, James Zwigart, Jr. and Michael Zwigart; her grandson Austin "AJ" Zwigart; and her siblings, Helen Witkowski and Paul Weber.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Tierney (James) of South Park and Robert Zwigart of Middlesex Twp; her grandchildren, Zachary, Ashley Zwigart and Jayla Tierney; and her sister-in-law Joan Fisher of Saxonburg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
