With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Lorraine Miller of Utica, Pennsylvania, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 13, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A Roberts and Arietta Whitcomb Roberts; her brothers, George Roberts, Edwin Roberts, Richard Roberts and William Roberts; and her granddaughter Stephanie Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Robert G. Miller; her sons, Robert A. Miller (Betsy) of Meadville, Steven D. Miller (Jeanette) of Cochranton, Ricky A. Miller (Rindi) of Utica and Randal L. Miller (Tina) of Polk; and her grandchildren, Dana Edgel, Brooke Burchill, Lori Miller, Mitchell Miller, Luke Miller, Randalyn Miller, Charles Miller, Lana Mestas and Shawn McGuigan. She is also survived by her 10 great-grandchildren.
The funeral home will have COVID/social distancing protocols in place.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Utica Presbyterian Church and/or to the Utica VFD.
