He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian McDivitt, (Shearer) and Harry McDivitt, Sr.; and his siblings, Randy, Jackie, Harry, Jr., Charles and Connie Miller.

He is survived by: his siblings, Debra C. Groger (Tim), Susan J. Hall (Don) and Daniel McDivitt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
