He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Wilburn and Ada Wilburn (Fazenbaker); and his daughter-in-law Vanessa Wilburn. He is survived by: his wife Betty E. (Heinbaugh); his daughter Bernadine Saylor; his grandchildren, Tammy Wilburn and Burly "Pete" Saylor; his children, Tina Wilburn, Clark Jr. (Susan), Troy (Deborah) and Bruce; his siblings, Ruth Walters and Eugene; and his pet Sparky. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
