He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret II and William S. Shaw, II; and his brother Fred Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Davis Shaw; and his children, Jennifer Letterman (Rick), Heather Crawford (Brian), Stephanie Brown (Mike), Bill Shaw (Kristen), Ben, Blake, Rachael, Sarah, Zachary, Grant and Luke.
