He was predeceased by: his wives, Elinor (Ellie) and Kay Wagner (Redfern); his parents, Sylvester N. Wagner and Marian Wagner (Keenoy); and his sister Jean VerBryck (Brad).

He is survived by: his children, Susanne J. Wagner of Mt. Lebanon, Robert E. Wagner (Beth) of Upper St, Steven J. Wagner (Susan) of Upper St and R. Keith Wagner (Joan) of Dublin, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Bradford, Kyle Elinor (Michael Woomer), Clay, Kent, Emma, Steven, Jillian and Grace; his nephew Mark VerBryck (Diane); and his niece Karen Heuer (Bill).

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts might be made to The Association of Ladies of Charity - Resurrection Parish, 1610 McMillan Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241 or to the Rankin Christian Center (Minney Scholarship Fund), 230 Third Avenue, Rankin, PA 15104.
