He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard M. Douglass and Agnes Stoughton Douglass; and his sisters, Mary Delle Hale and Jane Staley. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Heather Burtch (Gary) of Pittsburgh, Kevin Douglass (Pam) of Pittsburgh, Shannon George (Chris) of Pittsburgh and Shawn Douglass (Jean) of Chicago; and his grandchildren, Kelly (Ryan), Luke (Katie), Kathryn (Andrew), Julia (Chris), Margaret, Duncan, Lincoln and Violet.
