He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jim of England, Allen of England, Margaret of England and Moyra of England. He is survived by: his wife Henrietta "Sissy" Carter (Romanik); his children, Robert Carter (Stacie) and Lee Carter; and his grandchildren, Nataleigh, Madilyn and Christian Carter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
