He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary Mellick (Pelc); and his parents, Alice Mellick and Nicholas Mellick. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Engel (Steve), Rick Mellick (Cathy), Michele, Ricky, Christine Mellick, Jake and Nikki Engel; his sister Lori Di Battista (Sam); his stepbrothers, Danny and Jeff Valperga (Karen); and his grandchildren, Michele, Nikki and Ricky.
