He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Smith; his sons, Rick and Michael Smith; his brother Ronald Smith (Jean); his siblings-in-law, Pat Pittore (Ang), Suzanne Wolf (Kevin) and Mike Williams; and his friend Bill W.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
