She is survived by: her husband James Douglass; and her children, Anne Cook of Bethel Park, Jay Douglass of O'Hara Township, Amy Boyle of Somerset and Kathy Hamilton of Greensburg. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
