He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Alvah Sprague and Rita Margaret Pavick Sprague; his former wife Mary Pam Blanchard; his wife JoAnn Sprague; his children, Sarah (Bryan O'Donnell) of Los Angeles, California and Sebastian Sprague (Melinda Potter) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; his brother Paul Sprague (Ori) of Lexington, Kentucky; his stepdaughters, Sarah Hammond (Zamani) of Philadelphia and Mandy Rosenberg of Baltimore; and his brother Steve Sprague. He was also cherished by cousins and dear friends.
