Kelly of Upper Saint Clair, Pennsylvania, born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur "Art" Kelly; and her parents, Fred M. Velan and Theresa Velan (Kapplan). She is survived by: her children, Kevin Kelly (Diane) of Denver, CO, Scott Kelly (Lisa) of Redding, CA and Erin Vas (Bob) of South Park; and her grandchildren, Kayla, Grant, Brian, Jacquey, Ryan, Kylene, Adam and Dean Olson. She is also survived by love of her life and many cousins and friends.
