He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lillian F. Kardos (Miller); his children, Susan Kovalcik (Michael), Diane Kardos Criste and John M. Kardos (Nancy); his grandchildren, Jacqueline Barefoot (Luke), Michele Gittings (Troy), Ryan Criste (Cathy), Danielle Sherred (Daryl), John Kardos (Laura), David Kovalcik and Kelly Kardos; and his sister Anna Zibrat (late Ernest). He was also cherished by 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Heart Assoc. or American Cancer Society.
