She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy McIntosh (Hagele) and Jesse "Buddy" McIntosh; her brother Roger McIntosh; and her husband Richard Lewin. She is survived by: her brothers, Gary McIntosh, Jim McIntosh, Bill McIntosh and John McIntosh; her children, Webster Lewin, Kenneth Lewin, Jeffrey Lewin and Melissa Kashlan; her foster daughter Linda Studaker; and her grandchildren, Oscar Lewin, Braden Lewin, Jasmine Lewin, Isabelle Lewin, Layla Kashlan, Jude Kashlan, Maya Kashlan and Jason Studaker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
