He was predeceased by: his wife Valerie J. Philips. He is survived by: his children, Cammy, Scott, Sherry Philips and Julie Fleming (Terry); his grandchildren, Skylar, Cally Fleming and Nicholas Sabo; and his girlfriend Michele Wittpenn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope 4, 2000 Commerce Loop Suite 2100 North Huntingdon, PA 15642.
