He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Urban and Helen Urban (Rygalski). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Giammaria Urban; his grandchildren, Anna, Katy, Will Dettmer, Nicholas, Grace and Matthew Urban; his sister Georgiann; and his brothers-in-law, Joe Galant of Myrtle Beach, SC and James Giammaria of Center Twp.
