It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Messina of Upper Saint Clair, Pennsylvania, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on August 27, 2020, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara L. Messina. He is survived by: his father Arthur J. Messina; his nieces and nephews, Nathan, Ryan Olee, Ashley Elborne, Emily, Lily Messina, Axel, Lleywn Sloane, Matthew, Samantha and Dominic Messina; his siblings, Mary Anne Messina of Pittsburgh, Joseph A. Messina (Patti) of Pittsburgh, Michael S. Messina (Kristy) of Pittsburgh, Timothy P. Messina (Heather) of Pittsburgh, Amanda L. Sloane (Zac) of Pittsburgh and Jennifer R. Messina of Canonsburg; and his pet Benz.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the John M. Lekse Scholarship Fund through the Pittsburgh Foundation.
