She was predeceased by: her parents, Burr Richards and Harriet Howe Richards; her husband Gregory Lazarchik; and her brothers, Douglas and Bruce Richards.
She is survived by: her pet Arrow; her children, Gregory Lazarchik, Jr. (Christine) of Mt. Lebanon, Steven Lazarchik (Natasha) of Oakland, CA, Douglas Lazarchik of Pittsburgh and Laura Jones (Michael) of Hollidaysburg; and her sister Janice Webb of Arlington, VA.. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
