It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard M. Price of Upper Providence, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 20, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter M. Price, Sr. and Margaret Hemmerle Price (Peggy); and his siblings, Walter M. Price, Jr. and Bernadette LaLena (Price). He is survived by: his wife Jean R. Price (Biedermann); his daughters, Karen Benson (Lee) of Harleysville and Amanda Wright (Matthew) of Collegeville; his grandchildren, Ashley Benson Martino (Matthew), Kelsey Benson, Alexandra and Trystan Wright; and his great grandchildren, Jackson and Olivia Martino.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial contributions made to the Alzheimer's Association.
