John W. Bittig Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John W. Bittig of Upper Providence, Pennsylvania, born in Nyack, New York, who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Bittig and Helen Bittig (Whyard); and his brother David Bittig. He is survived by: his wife Ruth A. Bittig (Chadwick); his children, Lisa Moeser (Mark) of Mt. Joy, PA, Kristin Troutman (William) and Mark (Gail); his sister Carol Schwalbe (Cecil) of Tucson, AZ.; and his grandchildren, Heather Moeser, Dara Obeldobel (Paul), Rachel Moeser, W. Kristofer Troutman (Meghan), Kaitlin Troutman, Kelsey Bittig, Seth Bittig and Lucas Bittig. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
