She was predeceased by: her husband Fred L. Hopkins; and her parents, Thomas Conway and Mary Conway. She is survived by: her children, Frederick Hopkins (Susan), Barbara Callos (Michael) and Stephen Hopkins (Deborah); and her grandchildren, Michelle Reeves (Jason), Lisa DiCesare (Christopher), Amanda Hopkins and Colin Hopkins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Stella's family suggests donations be made in her name to Mainline Health Hospice (https://giving.mainlinehealth.org).
