She was predeceased by : her husband Fred L. Hopkins; and her parents, Thomas Conway and Mary Conway. She is survived by : her children, Frederick Hopkins (Susan), Barbara Callos (Michael) and Stephen Hopkins (Deborah); and her grandchildren, Michelle Reeves (Jason), Lisa DiCesare (Christopher), Amanda Hopkins and Colin Hopkins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, July 8th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Logan-Videon Funeral Home (2001 Sproul Rd, Broomall, PA 19008). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 8th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 8th 2024 at the Peter and Paul Cemetery (1600 Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064).

In lieu of flowers, Stella's family suggests donations be made in her name to Mainline Health Hospice (https://giving.mainlinehealth.org).
