We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2023, at the age of 82, Sarah J. McGillian of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Doherty and Margaret Doherty; her husband Gerald J. McGillian; and her siblings, Margaret Devine (William), Maybid Doherty, Kathleen Perera and Rosaleen McGuigan.
She is survived by: her children, Gerry McGillian (Nancy), Elaine Van Blunk (Jim), Joe McGillian (Donna), Bill McGillian (Jeanine), Marty McGillian (Helene) and Sarah Kelly (Brian); and her brothers, William Doherty (late Una), Joe Doherty (late Delma), Sean Doherty (Veronica) and Andy Doherty (Bernadette). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
