It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nga Thi Pham of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 2, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thong Hanh Pham and Nam Thi Nguyen; and her sibling Hoa Xuan Pham. She is survived by: her spouse Thai Thieu; her children, Minh Thieu and Khanh Thieu; her grandchildren, Andrew, Gavin, Alexander, Olivia and Audrey; and her siblings, Thai Hanh Pham and Duyen Thi Pham.
Viewing will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Donohue Funeral Home - Upper Darby (8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Donohue Funeral Home (8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082).
