He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane Dockery and Tom Dockery; and his stepfather Jack Brumbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, John (Jen), Dana and Michael (Megan); his grandchildren, Johnny, Tyler, Alyssa, Kaitlyn, Matthew, Michael, Lucas, Riley, Hailey and Ariana; his great grandchildren, Novalee and Oliver; and his siblings, Cathy, Jim and Sandra. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
