He was predeceased by: his parents, Leandro Franchi and Giovanna Franchi (Cinquanta); his wife Anna R. Franchi (Lazzaro); and his brother Igino Franchi. He is survived by: his sons, Leandro Franchi and Luigi Franchi; and his siblings, Anna Maria Alfarano, Salvatore Franchi (Christina) and Augusto Franchi (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
