Though John may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie McCloskey and John McCloskey Sr.; and his close friend Lorraine Schuler (Thomas Cummings, Sr.). He is survived by: his siblings, Hugh McCloskey (Theresa), Anna May Cummings, Theresa Silvano (George) and Thomas McCloskey (Sharon). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Laurence Church (8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
