He was predeceased by: his father James J. Mays. He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Mays; his sons, Cole I. Mays and Marc H. Mays; his mother Patricia Mayfair Smith; and his siblings, Jill A. Kashner, Jim J. Mays Jr. and Justin Mayfair. He is also survived by his family, friends.
