He is survived by: his parents, John Garr and Patsy Garr (Gleason); his spouse Tracy Utley (Fewkes); his son James Utley; his grandmother Elaine Gleason; his siblings, Scott Garr (Maria) and Sandy Garr Moore (Gregg); and his nieces, Caitlyn, Ava, Savannah, Riley and Eliana.
