He was predeceased by: his parent Bert. He is survived by: his wife Arnita Williams; his sons, Harvey G. Williams (Donna) of North Beach, MD and Daryl Williams (Paula) of Chesterbrook, PA; his grandsons, Jordan A. Williams and Daryl Williams Jr.; his great grandchildren, Jordan F. Williams and Jaxon Williams; and his siblings, Mildred Lawrence, Lindbergh Williams, Louella Young (Fred), Bert Williams Jr. (Girt) and Charles Williams. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
