He was predeceased by: his sibling Joseph McDougall. He is survived by: his siblings, Agnes McDougall and Debra Mullarkey; his siblings-in-law, Donald Turkelson and Kathy McDougall; and his siblings, Eileen Turkelson, John McDougall and Rita Martin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
