It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David J. MacNamee Jr. of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David J., Sr. and Helen MacNamee; his siblings, Stephen and Helen; his children, Ann Marie Geslo, Stevie MacNamee, Terri MacNamee and Eugene MacNamee; and his little buddy Matthew Cropper.
He is survived by: his caregiver Sandra Cropper; his children, David J. MacNamee, III (Heidi), Kathleen Visbal (Wayne), Daniel MacNamee (Kim) and Michele McGrouty (Matthew); his niece Lauretta; and his nephew Steve. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the military charity of your choice in David's name.
