She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Holtzinger, Kenneth W. Bonkoski (Linda), Janice Gillin and Paul W. Bonkoski (Mary Lynne); her stepchildren, Kathleen Doney Grebb and James Doney, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Anita, Jason, Kenneth Jr., Melissa, Keith, Michael, Charlene, Natalie, Garrett, Sarah, Paulie, Jr. and Lauren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be given to Saint Jude's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or the Brandywine Valley SPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380 to honor Arlene's love of family and animals.
